SCOPE NOTE
- Manufacturers or/and sellers of gavata bowls, that is wooden or clay pots mainly used for food in the traditional societies of the Ottoman and the early modern period. This occupation declined with industrialization and the emergence and gradual prevalence of the respective modern specialties and professions.
