SCOPE NOTE
- Ideologies that conceive and define race as a dominant value-laden distinction between humans. With this distinction, racist ideologies seek to legitimize the existence or the enforcement of institutional inequality and exploitation power relations between races deemed as superior and those rated as inferior.
