SCOPE NOTE
- Consecutive clauses are also called clauses of consequence or result clauses. They express an (actual or potential) consequence or result of the previous clause: so that/with the result that. Two different constructions occur: hṓste is combined either with finite verb forms, i.e., with the tense and mood of independent clauses, or with infinitive or accusative plus infinitive.
