ΔΙΕΥΚΡΙΝΙΣΤΙΚΗ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ
- Bronze fractions of the obol. In Greece proper they were first introduced in Corinth at the end of the 5th c. BCE. According to ancient sources their value was equivalent to 1/8 of the obol or more often to 1/12 of it.
